How it works

When booking, you’ll be asked two short questions — about what you’d like to talk about and what you’d like to get better at. Based on your answers, you’ll see professionals who best match your needs — or simply select the type of professional you prefer.

Book your session

Pick a time that works for you and enter your company code. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a video call link and a few reflection questions to help you prepare (completely optional, just for you).

Talk it through

One hour, 1-on-1, completely confidential. Your professional will focus on what’s happening right now — helping you see things more clearly, define where you want to go, and identify the first steps and resources that can support you.

Move forward

For most people, one session is enough to get unstuck and continue independently. The goal isn’t to solve everything at once, but to strengthen your own ability to find solutions and set meaningful change in motion. We never schedule follow-up sessions. But if you hit another rough patch down the line, you can always book a new standalone session.
